  3. Refund or Exchange Options: You can choose between a refund or an exchange for the returned item, depending on your preference.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you can expect the funds to be credited within 7 business days.

NOTE: Please note that in the event of a return, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to cover the operational costs incurred. These costs are non-refundable, as they may vary depending on the destination country and the size of the product.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like masks, clothing, shoes, and other wearable items cannot be returned.
